- Create layout plans, mood boards, 3D renders, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural teams, and site engineers for execution.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures as per project theme and budget.
- Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation matches approved plans.
- Manage vendor coordination, procurement, and quality control.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high design standards.
- Stay updated with latest trends in luxury residential interiors and space optimization.
- Experience working on luxury or premium residential projects.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-rise apartment interiors.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:
